But Target keeps plugging along, offering an experience some shoppers find slightly more upscale than cruising the aisles of Walmart.
But these days, it’s all about value … and Target is hoping its upcoming “Circle Week” deals will appeal to budget-conscious shoppers.
What is Circle Week?
Following the lead of Amazon’s Prime Days promotion and in the footsteps of Black Friday deals that have appealed to shoppers for generations, Target is trying to build brand loyalty by slashing the prices of various products.
It’s called Circle Week and is only available to members of the Target Circle loyalty program. But don’t stress, it’s simple (and more importantly, free) to join.
Deals are currently underway both online and in stores, with the following categories seeing some of the biggest savings:
- Smart home devices up to 50% off
- Kitchen appliances up to 50% off
- Apple devices up to 40% off
If you’re in the market for a Lego set, a Cuisinart air fryer, a Dyson Ball vacuum cleaner, or any of dozens of other popular items, prepare to load up your cart.
More options, more savings
Whether you find the perfect Circle Week deal or not, it might be worth at least taking some time to browse. Like hunting for Cyber Monday savings or scrolling through Amazon during Prime Days, you might just find something at a price too good to resist.
Inflation is slowly returning to normal, but consumers have made it clear that they’re still stretching their dollars much further these days.
Taking a few minutes to sign up as a Target Circle member might be all it takes to get the most for your hard-earned money.
